Every subscription comes with access to telephone support with a member of our team from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern time, and email support is also available at no extra cost. If you have a question outside of business hours, you’ll also have access to an online resource center with documentation and suggestions.

“For training purposes, everything is customized. We customize the training to the dealer, and despite what a lot of people think, no two dealers are alike in the way they handle their business,” explained Melody Becker, our Lead Trainer. “It’s important to know the right questions to ask and to be able to make recommendations to help them with their workflow and to help them determine the best direction they want to go, especially if they’re very new to the office supply industry in general.

That’s pretty much what I like most about working with the dealers — being able to help them and just developing friendships with them too,” Becker said.
