Current Openings

This position requires a person who is proficient in problem solving with strong multi-tasking skills, works well with others, and is self-motivated with a positive attitude.  These qualities will allow the right person in this fast-paced position to be able to respond to our customer emails and phone calls in a timely and accurate way and to help us ensure the best customer support to our Dealers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer incoming support calls, tickets, and emails in a timely manner
  • Utilize the GOPD ticket system and GOPD Knowledge Base platforms to support GOPD Dealers
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly detailed tasks
  • Assist Dealers with account setup, training and trouble shooting
  • Help in other areas with special projects as needed


  • Experience in the Office Products Industry
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook/Gmail
  • Knowledge of internet browsers: Chrome, Edge, and FireFox
  • General knowledge and experience of meeting software i.e. Zoom or GoToMeeting
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in problem solving
  • Must have a home office (area) that is a quiet place to work
  • Must have internet connection
  • Hours – 11:00 to 8:00 Eastern Time, 8:00 to 5:00 Pacific Time (with flexibility)
